针对一种复杂壶型内嵌钛叶片的铸件结构进行了三维数模分析,对该种面积约五分之三壁厚小于3 mm的壶型内嵌钛叶轮进行了两种铸造方案的设计和验证.最终得出结论,新型机加工石墨型复合模具在面对复杂结构的壶型内嵌钛叶片铸造时,具有优良的铸造充型和叶片型值保持能力,且表面质量相比传统机加工石墨型铸造提升效果明显,可以应用于实际生产.
Application of a Graphite Composite Die in the Casting of Inlaid Titanium Blades
This article conducts a three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis on the casting structure of a complex pot shaped embedded titanium blade,and designs and verifies two casting schemes for the pot shaped embedded titanium impeller with an area of about three-fifths and a wall thickness of less than 3mm.The final conclusion is that the new machined graphite composite mold has excellent casting filling and blade shape retention ability to the complex structure of pot shaped embedded titanium blades during casting.but its surface quality is significantly improved compared to traditional machining graphite mold casting,which can be applied in practical production.
