摘要

相图计算可以为多元合金热处理工艺的制定提供重要的参考依据.利用Thermo-Calc软件对三种不同Al、Ti含量的镍基粉末高温合金进行了相图计算,得出三种合金在400~1 400 ℃下平衡相的类型、组成和存在温度范围.研究了不同Al、Ti元素含量对合金相组成的影响规律,结果表明Al、Ti含量的增加会抑制μ相的析出,使μ相的析出温度降低,但会促进σ相的析出,提高σ相的析出温度.

Abstract

The calculation of phase diagram is useful for the design of heat treatment process of multicomponent alloy.In this paper,Thermo-Calc software was used to calculate the phase diagram of three kinds of nickel-based powder metallurgy superalloys with different contents of Al and Ti.The types,compositions and temperature ranges of the equilibrium phases of the three alloys at 400~1 400 ℃ were obtained.The effects of different contents of Al and Ti elements on the phase constitution of the alloys were studied.The results show that the precipitation of μ phase is inhibited and the precipitation temperature ofμ phase is decreased with the increase of Al and Ti content,but the precipitation temperature of σ phase is increased and the precipitation temperature of σ phase is promoted.
