In order to meet the high burst pressure of cylinder liner,the strength and elastic modulus of the material have higher requirements,so the alloying and heat treatment of gray cast iron are studied,and the appropriate chemical composition and heat treatment process are obtained.Hence make the tensile strength of gray cast iron exceed 600 MPa and the elastic modulus exceed 140 GPa.
