摘要

汽车轻量化作为节能环保的一种有效方法,对于改善能源、环境与安全问题具有重要意义.笔者通过工程实践从多个角度系统地开展了汽车结构件轻量化设计技术研究,总结提炼出结构件轻量化设计的原则与手法,进一步丰富了汽车零部件轻量化设计的技术基础,为整车的轻量化研究提供了参考.

Abstract

As an effective method of energy saving and environmental protection,automobile lightweight is of great significance for improving energy,environment and safety.Through engineering practice,the author systematically carried out research on lightweight design technology of automotive structural parts from multiple perspectives,summarized and refined the principles and methods of lightweight design of structural parts,further enriched the technical basis of lightweight design of automotive parts,and provided a reference for the lightweight research of the vehicle.
