摘要

企业开展排污状况自行监测是法定的责任和义务.随着以排污许可证为核心的污染源管理制度的优化和完善,排污单位的监管方式已从政府监督转为企业自证守法,自行监测作为排污许可管理制度的核心内容之一,具有关键的支撑作用.综述了我国铸造行业自行监测开展的相关情况,提出了铸造企业提高自行监测工作规范性的对策.

Abstract

It is the legal responsibility and obligation for enterprises to carry out self-monitoring of pollutant discharge status.With the optimization and improvement of the pollution source management system,the supervision mode of pollutant discharge units has changed from government supervision to self-certification and law-abiding of enterprises.Self-monitoring,as one of the core contents of the pollutant discharge permit management system,plays a key supporting role.This paper summarizes the relevant situation of self-monitoring in foundry industry in China,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the standardization of self-monitoring work in foundry enterprises.
