针对铝合金中介机匣铸件结构特点、冶金质量要求等分析铸造成形工艺难点.通过设计底注式熔模铸造浇注系统,采用不锈钢管镶铸、陶瓷型芯等解决细长孔难成形问题,并借助振动浇注以及局部吹风冷却等改善措施实施;同时结合试制铸件出现的问题对铸造工艺进一步优化,从改进试验结果来看,优化后的中介机匣铸造工艺方案合理可行.
Casting Process Design and Optimization of Aluminum Alloy Intermediate Casing
The difficulties of casting and forming process were analyzed according to the structural characteristics and metallurgical quality requirements of aluminum alloy intermediate casing castings.Through the design of bottom-injection investment casting system,stainless steel tube insert casting and ceramic core are adopted to solve the problem of elongated hole difficult to form,and the improvement measures such as vibration casting and local wind cooling are implemented.At the same time,the casting process was further optimized based on the problems in the trial production of castings.According to the improved test results,the optimized casting process scheme of the intermediate casing was reasonable and feasible.
