导流支板为壁厚不均的空心、扁形、薄壁大平面复杂结构熔模精铸件,经常出现鼓包、疏松、缩孔、夹渣等铸造缺陷,通过在蜡模大平面增加工艺筋、制壳捆绑镍铁丝、模壳内腔灌砂等方式增加型壳强度,并采用ProCAST软件模拟优化浇注系统以及合金锭料和真空熔炼浇注等措施实施,解决了铸件存在的鼓包、疏松、缩孔、夹渣等缺陷,改善后铸件质量满足技术要求.
Analysis of Defect Causes and Improvement Measures for Guiding Support Plate Investment Casting
The diversion support plate is a complex investment casting with hollow,flat,thin wall and large plane with uneven wall thickness,and often has casting defects such as bulge,porosity,shrinkage hole and slag inclusion.The strength of the mold shell is increased by adding process reinforcement on the large plane of the wax mold,binding nickel iron wire in the shell,and filling sand in the cavity of the mold shell.Moreover,ProCAST software was used to simulate and optimize the casting system,and measures such as alloy ingot and vacuum smelting casting were implemented to solve the defects such as bulging,porosity,shrinkage hole and slag inclusion in the casting,and the quality of the improved casting met the technical requirements.
