一种提高低碳低合金钢力学性能的热处理工艺研究

中国海油深圳分公司负责的流花11-1/4-1油田二次开发项目是国家重点项目,是中国海油走向深水的关键项目,本项目圆筒FPSO采用12个深水吸力锚,多点系泊,单套吸力锚设计系泊载荷达到2 500 t,吊耳铸件本体是吸力锚关键核心部件,用于系泊锚链连接.此吊耳铸件使用工况复杂,技术要求高,入级DNV,产品质量要求苛刻,以往均采用国外铸钢厂商的产品,属于关键"卡脖子"产品.为了解决"卡脖子"技术,中国海油集团公司组织首台套国产化专家论证审查,全力推动设备国产化.对A148 90-60低合金钢材料铸件本体及 395 mm×395 mm×395 mm大试块的力学性能进行研究,特别是芯部位置的力学性能,通过特殊的热处理方法,最终使得铸件本体及395 mm×395 mm×395 mm大试块力学性能达到设计要求.
Heat Treatment Process Study for Improving Mechanical Properties of Low Carbon and Low Alloy Steel
Further development of Liuhua 11-1/4-1 oilfield project,which is under the responsibility of CNOOC Shenzhen Branch,is a national key project and a critical project for CNOOC to move towards deep waters.The cylindrical FPSO in this project adopts 12 deep water suction anchors,multi-point mooring,and a single set of suction anchors with a designed mooring load of 2 500 tons.The lifting lug made out of casting technology is a key and core component of the suction anchor,and is used for mooring anchor chain connection.This lug casting will experience complex operating conditions,and high technical requirements are required,with a classification of DNV,and it requires strict product quality.Previous projects have used products made by oversea casting steel manufacturers,which is a critical"bottleneck"product.In order to overcome the bottleneck technology,China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)have organized domestic experts to conduct a review to fully promote China made equipment.This article focuses on mechanical properties research of the casting body out of A148 90-60 low alloy steel and the mechanical properties of the 395 large test block(395 mm×395 mm×395 mm),especially the properties of the core position.Through special heat treatment,the casting and 395 block have been improved to meet the design requirements.
