摘要

随着柴油机排放标准的日益严格,柴油机逐渐向高转速大功率方向发展,对气缸体、缸盖材质提出了更加苛刻的要求,原有HT300 材质不能满足企业发展需求.因此,通过控制化学成分,制定合理的熔炼工艺和孕育工艺,成功制备出符合标准要求的高碳当量高强度HT350 铸铁,为开发高性能灰铸铁提供了技术支持.

Abstract

With the increasingly stringent emission standards of diesel engines,diesel engines are gradually developing in the direction of high speed and high power,which puts forward more stringent requirements for cylinder block and cylinder head materials,and the HT300 can not meet the development needs of enterprises.Therefore,by controlling the chemical composition and formulating reasonable melting process and inoculation process,HT350 castings with high carbon equivalent and high strength in line with the requirements of the standard are successfully produced,which provided technical support for the development of high-performance gray cast iron.
