摘要
概述了质量的含义及质量管理的作用,针对企业质量管理过程中常见的问题,分析了影响质量管理的因素,探讨了管理者重视、全员参与、有效运行等质量管理体系的建设,并结合生产型企业实际提出质量过程管理实施措施建议,为企业质量管理提升提供参考.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the meaning of quality and the role of quality management,analyzes the factors that affect quality management in view of the common problems in the process of quality management of enterprises,discusses the construction of quality management system such as managers'attention,full participation and effective operation,and puts forward the implementation measures and suggestions of quality process management combined with the actual production enterprises to provide references for the improvement of enterprise quality management.
