Temperature Control Method for Integrated Large-scale Die-casting Molds
The development of new energy vehicles has led to the emergence of integrated die-casting,achieving a breakthrough from 0 to 1,which brings new opportunities to the development of die-casting molds.The die-casting mold is a heat exchanger,thermal balance in the formation of die-casting molds is a crucial issue.This article introduced the basic overview of die-casting molds and the importance of thermal balance in the die-casting forming process at the basis of temperature control of die-casting molds.The methods of control island,shaped waterway,infrared imaging technology,in-mold sensor and integrated control of die temperature for integrated die casting are described.The control of die temperature is beneficial to improve the quality of casting,prolong the service life of die and improve the efficiency of die casting.
