为了响应三部委出台的《关于推动铸造和锻压行业高质量发展的指导意见》中的"加快新一代信息技术与铸造和锻压生产全过程、全要素深度融合,支持企业利用数字化技术改造传统工艺装备及生产线",于是对UG进行二次开发,该二次开发内容包括点、线、面、体的实现和制作菜单与工具栏.利用Grip编程技术,最终实现输入参数即可生成结构类似、尺寸不同的三维实体,可以辅助设计人员快速进行产品定型设计,减少建模时间,解决画图中易出错的问题.以新能源汽车的A型底座演示了完整的开发过程.
Development Practice of Casting Foundation Parts Database
In response to the"Accelerate the integration of new generation information technology and the whole process and total factors of casting and forging production,support enterprises to transform traditional process equipment and production line by using digital technology"in the"Guidance on Promoting the High-quality Development of Casting and Forging Industry"issued by the three ministries and commissions,the UG was redeveloped,which included the realization of point,line,surface and body and the making of menu and toolbar.The project used Grip programming technology to finally realize the input parameters to generate three-dimensional entities with similar structure and different sizes,which can assist designers to quickly carry out product final design,reduce modeling time and solve the problem of error-prone drawing.The A-type base of new energy vehicles demonstrated the complete development process.
