分析了某机壳体铸件结构及熔模铸造的工艺难点,通过合理制定制模、制壳、熔炼浇注等工艺方案及参数,解决了在试制生产过程中出现的疏松、冷隔、尺寸超差、变形等铸造缺陷;改进后的工艺不但可提高该零件铸造质量,而且也为后续该类型零件的熔模铸造工艺开发及优化提供了参考.
Research on Investment Casting Technology of K403 Shell Casting
The structure of shell casting of a machine and the technical difficulties of investment casting were analyzed.The casting defects such as porosity,cold isolation,size aberration and deformation were solved by reasonable formulation of process plans and parameters of mold making,shell making,melting and pouring.The improved process can not only improve the casting quality of this part,but also provide a reference for the development and optimization of the investment casting process of this type of part.
