摘要

对灰铸铁、球墨铸铁阶梯试块及超重型数控机床横梁铸件弹性模量及其自身变形量进行了研究.发现:灰铸铁、球墨铸铁的弹性模量至关重要的影响因素是共晶凝固中的冷速,冷速决定着铸铁中石墨大小、粗细以及奥氏体形态大小,由此也决定着弹性模量的高低;同种铸件下,球墨铸铁件自身变形量是灰铸铁件自身变形量的0.5~0.7倍.

Abstract

The elastic modulus and deformation of gray cast iron,nodular cast iron step test block and super heavy CNC machine tool beam castings were studied.It is found that the most important factor affecting the elastic modulus of gray cast iron and ductile cast iron is the cooling rate in eutectic solidification,which determines the size,thickness and austenite form size of graphite in cast iron,and thus also determines the level of elastic modulus.Under the same casting,the deformation of ductile iron is 0.5~0.7 times that of gray iron.
