This article mainly develops a six-axis CNC Deburring equipment with interpolation movement in Cartesian Coordinate and its offline programming method.Though independent mechanical structure design and control system development,this six-axis CNC Deburring machine has achieved a controllable interpolation trajectory of tool center position in cartesian coordinate,and has the characteristics of flexible posture transformation,high rigidity and dynamic response,fast speed switching,and stable tool operation.In addition,combined with customized offiine programming software,the debugging time of new products can be reduced by more than half.
