摘要

实现绿色铸造、清洁生产是当今铸造技术发展及研究的必然趋势.目前,环保要求日趋严格,铸造旧砂再生回用已得到业界的广泛认同与应用.介绍了几种典型湿型砂与树脂砂、无机砂混合砂的再生技术,指出了湿型砂混合砂再生技术的发展方向,提出了一些建议.

Abstract

The realization of green casting and cleaner production is the inevitable trend of the development and research of casting technology today.At present,the environmental protection requirements are increasingly strict,and the recycling of foundry sand has been widely recognized and applied by the industry.This paper introduces the regeneration technology of several typical green sand mixed with organic or inorganic sand,and puts forward the development direction as well as suggestions of the technology.
