Structure Design and Process Development of Low Pressure Casting Aluminum Alloy Rear Subframe
This paper introduces the lightweight design and technology development of the rear subframe of a low-pressure cast aluminum alloy.First of all,the product shape is designed according to the hard point coordinates,environmental data and boundary clearance input from the customer,and the structure is optimized and lightweight design is carried out.Through the simulation analysis of fatigue,durability,strength,stiffness and mode of the product,the product structure and performance meet the design requirements;At the same time,combined with the product structure and low pressure casting process requirements,based on the determination of parting surface and mold inclination,increase of inner core positioning point and sand discharge,optimization of alloy composition and heat treatment measures,the pouring system and process plan were designed,and then the mold filling and solidification simulation analysis of the casting was further optimized.The structure and performance of the trial-produced casting met the requirements.
