摘要

从气缸体产品的结构特点和性能要求出发,决定采用低压金属型铸造工艺生产.通过模拟分析及对关键工艺参数的验证和优化,确定了铸造工艺方案.铸件尺寸、材料性能、内部缺陷等各项指标经检测均符合产品要求.气缸体铸件通过加工和装机验证,证明低压金属型铸造方案可行.

Abstract

According to the structural characteristics and performance requirements of the cylinder block products,it is decided to use the low pressure metal mold casting process for production.Through simulation analysis and verification and optimization of key process parameters,the casting process plan was determined.The dimensions,material properties,internal defects and other indicators of the castings have been tested and all meet the product requirements.The low pressure metal mold casting scheme is proved to be feasible by processing and installation verification of cylinder block casting.
