摘要
为实现消失模工艺生产 394A四缸体,经过对产品结构进行详细分析,浇注工艺采用倾斜顶注式浇注系统,组模采用半自动热胶粘合机粘合白模,涂料浸涂采用KY-Ⅱ型涂料.经过生产调试,铸件产品的质量达到了图纸技术要求,满足客户需求.
Abstract
In order to achieve the production of 394A four-cylinder body by the lost foam process,a detailed analysis of the product structure was conducted.The pouring process adopted an inclined top pouring system,the mold was assembled using a semi-automatic hot glue bonding machine to bond the white mold,and KY-II coating was used for coating immersion.After production debugging,the quality of the casting product meets the technical requirements of the drawings and meets the needs of customers.
