从改进芯盒本体结构、顶芯结构及优化加热装置设计几个方面进行研究实践,结果表明开放式模框能有效缓解芯盒的受热变形,对加热装置和顶芯结构进行合理设计也是提高热芯制芯效率和砂芯质量的关键因素.
Prevention and Improvement of Thermal Deformation in Water Sandwich Hot Core Box
The research practices in improving the core box structure,optimizing the design of the heating device,and the top core structure,results show that the open mold frame can effectively reduce the thermal deformation of the core box,and that a proper design of the heating device and the top core structure is also a key factor in improving the efficiency of the hot core making and the quality of the cores.
