摘要
主要介绍铝合金制轮辋和钢制辐条进行创造性连接方法,以达成铸造铝合金轮辐的造型多样、美观的属性,通过应用仿真软件进行弯曲疲劳、径向疲劳和 13 °冲击试验仿真分析,并将样件进行径向疲劳试验.仿真和试验结果表明,该复合轮毂试验结果合格,连接方法可行,具有推广使用价值.
Abstract
This paper mainly introduces the creative connection method of aluminum alloy rims and steel spokes,so as to achieve the diverse and beautiful properties of cast aluminum alloy spokes.The bending fatigue,radial fatigue and 13 ° impact test were simulated and analyzed by applying simulation software,and the sample was subjected to radial fatigue test.The simulation and test results show that the test results of the composite wheel are qualified,which proves that the connection method is feasible and it has the value of promotion and use.
