高刚度低应力数控机床铸件的研究与生产

为实现树脂砂工艺条件下机床铸件高刚度、低应力的要求,通过实施将碳当量提高至3.8%以上,硅碳比控制在 0.69~0.74,适当添加微量Sn、Cr、N等合金,静置高温铁液和强化孕育处理等措施,可实现HT300 机床铸件:抗拉强度≥300 MPa,硬度 200~240 HBW,弹性模量 120~135 GPa,铸态残余应力≤50 MPa.
Research and Production of High Stiffness and Low stress CNC Machine Tool Castings
In order to achieve the requirements of high stiffness and low stress of machine tool castings under resin sand process conditions,the carbon equivalent is increased to more than 3.8%,the silicon-carbon ratio is controlled at 0.69~0.74,the appropriate addition of trace Sn,Cr,N and other alloys,the static high temperature liquid iron and the intensive inoculation treatment can achieve HT300 machine tool castings:Tensile strength≥300 MPa,hardness 200~240 HBW,elastic modulus 120~135 GPa,as-cast residual stress≤50 MPa.
