摘要
针对某商用车 11 L 6 缸发动机缸体铸件的常见问题,对原有浇注系统铁液充型过程的流动场和温度场进行了系统分析,设计了一种新型浇注系统,同时改进了内浇道口位置.通过批量生产验证,有效解决了铸件局部气孔缺陷,避免了瓦座部位的热节疏松缺陷,改善了铸件瓦座部位的内部质量.
Abstract
Aiming at the common problems of 11 L6 cylinder engine casting of a commercial vehicle,the flow field and temperature field of liquid iron filling process of the original pouring system were systematically analyzed,a new pouring system was designed,and the gate position was improved.Through mass production verification,the local porosity defect of the casting is effectively solved,the hot joint loose defect of the tile seat is avoided,and the internal quality of the casting tile seat is improved.
