Development and Application of ADI1050-6 Front Axle Casting Technology
The front shaft of ADI 1050-6 is an important mechanical part of large agricultural machinery,the wall thickness is different,and the mechanical properties of the casting are high.The shrinkage and loosening defects of castings are avoided by using the combined feeding process of cold iron and riser.At the same time,the appropriate chemical composition is selected,and the process plan of four-stage inoculation and spheroidization treatment such as effective iron liquid pretreatment is adopted to ensure that the castings meet the basic requirements of high-performance materials;After salt bath isothermal quenching treatment to improve the mechanical properties of castings,to meet customer requirements and achieve mass production.
