摘要

失效分析是解决质量问题的重要环节.针对ADI材料重卡汽车用板簧支架发生断裂失效的因素,从板簧支架几何形状的设计、本体显微组织和力学性能、铸造缺陷和强度仿真等方面分析故障原因.结果表明,ADI材料满足汽车板簧支架的性能要求,发生断裂的主要原因是结构设计R角过小导致应力过于集中所致.

Abstract

Failure analysis is an important part of solving quality problems.According to the failure factors of ADI leaf spring support for heavy trucks,the failure causes were analyzed from the aspects of geometric shape design,body microstructure and mechanical properties,casting defects and strength simulation.The results show that ADI material can meet the performance requirements of automobile leaf spring support,and the main reason of fracture is that the stress is too concentrated due to the small R-angle of structural design.
