摘要
以厚大断面机床托盘铸件为例,对生产过程中出现的铸件表面渣孔缺陷原因进行分析阐述,通过优化浇注系统设计、采用合适的涂料等措施,解决渣孔缺陷问题,提高铸件外观质量,满足客户技术要求.
Abstract
Taking thick and large section machine tool tray castings as an example,the causes of the surface slag hole defects of castings in the production process were analyzed and expounded.By optimizing the design of pouring system and adopting appropriate coatings,the defects of slag hole were solved,the appearance quality of castings was improved,and the technical requirements of customers were met.
