介绍了基于MAGMA模拟软件对某新能源汽车差速器壳体的铸造工艺优化.从原工艺 12 件/模且需要外冷铁,工艺优化到 18 件/模且取消外了冷铁工艺;解决了实际生产中遇到的加工皮下气孔缺陷,优化了金相检测的微观渣孔缺陷,最终顺利通过了客户端PPAP对工程样件的认可.
The Casting Quality Optimization for Housing Differential of a New Energy Vehicle Based on MAGMA Simulation Software
Casting process optimization of housing differential of a new energy vehicle based on MAGMA simulation software was introduced.The initial casting process of the housing differential was 12 pieces/mold layout and using external chill,after improvement,ultimately reached 18 pieces/mold layout and cancelled the chill process.At the same time,it solved the defects of the processed subsurface pores in the actual production and optimized the microscopic slag holes in the metallographic detection,and finally passed the approval of the client PPAP.
