抗战时期国共两党军人抚恤制度之比较

摘要
从开端、发展、完善、终结四个阶段来全程展现抗日战争时期国共两党的军人抚恤制度，并对国共两党有关抗日军队的抚恤制度进行对比研究，分析各自制度的优缺点，认为国共两党的抚恤政策均有利于促进实现抗战的胜利。
Abstract
The article analyzes the military pension system of the Kuomintang and Communist Party throughout the 4 stages of Anti-Japanese War from the beginning,developing,progressing and ending of the war and then it conducts a comparative study of the military pension systems of the two parties.The paper analyzes the pros and cons of the related systems and reaches a conclusion that their pension policies are conducive to promoting the victory of Anti-Japanese War.
