As cities continue to evolve, the attention on smart logistics, serving as a vital component support-ing urban activities, has intensified. The construction of urban smart logistics necessitates the collective par-ticipation of diverse stakeholders.Employing an evolutionary game approach and based on the payoff functions of various strategy combinations in the development of urban smart logistics,a multi-agent evolutionary game model is established, involving local governments, logistics companies, and residents. The equilibrium point of the model is determined, and MATLAB software is employed for discussions on the stability of the equilibri-um point and sensitivity analysis of parameters.Key findings are as follows:The initial willingness of local governments, logistics companies, and residents to participate has varied impacts on the evolutionary outcome of the system.A significant reduction in local government costs can substantially enhance their enthusiasm for proactive guidance.Additionally, governments should intensify the promotion of urban smart logistics,estab-lish criteria and evaluation systems for enterprise smart logistics, and curb the occurrence of speculative be-havior by companies. The research results can guide strategic behavior selection for stakeholders in urban smart logistics construction, supporting its high-quality development.
