摘要
依法治校是高校治理的基本理念和基本方式,是深化教育综合改革、建设中国特色现代大学制度的内在要求,是新时代建设有中国特色社会主义大学的根本保障.阐述了高校依法治校的基本内涵,厘清了党的领导与高校依法治校的内在关系,在此基础上,从原则、理念、方法、制度、机制、文化六个层面,提出新时代高校全面推进依法治校的实践进路.
Abstract
Ruling schools according to law is the basic concept and basic way of university governance,which is also the inherent requirement of deepening the comprehensive reform of education and constructing a mod-ern university system with Chinese characteristics,as well as the fundamental guarantee of building socialist u-niversities with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The article elaborates the basic connotation of universi-ty governance by law,identifies the intrinsic relationship between party leadership and university governance by law,and,on this basis,puts forward countermeasures on how to comprehensively upgrade governance by law in colleges and universities in the new era from the six levels of principle,concept,method,system,mechanism and culture.
