The implementation of Anti-Monopoly Law not only relies on the scientific enforcement by the anti-monopoly enforcement agencies,but also on the conscious compliance of operators with the Anti-Monopoly Law.With the introduction of the Guidelines for Operators' Anti-Monopoly Compliance and the revision of the Anti-Monopoly Law,the construction of anti-monopoly compliance programme in China has entered a new stage.The specific implementation of the anti-monopoly compliance programme depends on the operators' full understanding of the necessity of the compliance control system,and its system construction should be guided by the basic goals of prevention,detection and remediation under the guidance of the core value pursuit of ef-fectiveness.Under the effective linkage and cooperation between the internal formalized and normalized anti-monopoly compliance prevention mechanism and the external relevant supporting mechanism,the enterprise anti-monopoly compliance system will be promoted and improved.
