摘要
党的二十大报告提出"全党要把青年工作作为战略性工作来抓",对新时代青年工作的重要地位作了明确阐释.从历史逻辑来看,党的青年工作伴随了中国式现代化的整个历史进程,"把青年工作作为战略性工作来抓"是党在总结现代化建设的历史经验中把握到的深层规律;从理论逻辑来看,理解和把握中国式现代化进程中党的青年工作,既要注重从马克思主义的立场和观点出发,又要深入领会新时代习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要思想;从实践逻辑来看,新时代青年工作应当加强对青年的思想政治引领、理想信念教育和科学理论武装,将青年培养成听党话、跟党走,既怀抱梦想、又敢想敢为,既脚踏实地、又善作善成的中国式现代化事业的建设者和接班人.
Abstract
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that"the whole party should grasp youth work as a strategic work",which clearly explained the important position of youth work in the new era.From the perspective of historical logic,the Party's youth work has accompanied the entire historical process of Chinese-style modernization,and"grasping youth work as strategic work"is a profound law that the Party has grasped in summing up the historical experience of modernization.From the perspective of theoretical logic,to understand and grasp the Party's youth work in the process of Chinese modernization,it is necessary to focus not only on the position and viewpoints of Marxism,but also to deeply comprehend the important exposition of General Secretary Xi Jinping on youth work in the new era.From the perspective of practical logic,youth work in the new era should strengthen the ideological and political guidance,education of ideals and beliefs,and the arming of scientific theories with young people,and cultivate young people to become builders and successors of the Chinese-style modernization cause who listen to the par-ty,follow the party,cherish dreams,dare to think and act,and are down-to-earth and good at what they do.
