摘要
大学生法治素养培育,既是大学生法治和道德素质全面提升的内在关键,又是立德树人和依法治校的逻辑必然,更是推进全面依法治国、因应世界百年未有之大变局的时代要求.法治中国已经进入更高水平的发展阶段,高校要从维护大学生个人权益、加强学校教育管理、全面依法治国的视角,多维度认识新时代大学生法治素养培育的现实意义,把握当下大学生群体的法治认知、法治意识、法治情感、法治行为的总体现状,持续引导大学生深刻领会习近平法治思想的精髓,紧紧围绕培育主体、培育内容、培育元素和培育过程,不断提高大学生法治思想培育的针对性和时代感.
Abstract
The cultivation of college students' legal literacy is not only the key to the comprehensive improvement of students' legal and moral quality,but also the logical necessity for the establishment of moral education and the rule of law in schools,and also the requirement of the times to promote the rule of law in a comprehensive manner when the world is undergoing great changes that have not occurred for a century.At present,the rule of law in China has entered a higher level of development.Universities should have a multi-dimensional understanding of the practical significance of cultivating the legal literacy of college students in the new era from the perspectives of protecting the personal rights and interests of college students,improving the education management in schools,and realizing the comprehensive rule of law.It is advised to grasp the overall current situation of the rule of law cognition,consciousness,emotion and behavior among college students,and continue to guide students to understand the Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.By means of focusing on the main body,the content,the elements and the process of cultivation,the pertinence and sense of new time of the rule of law thoughts cultivation among college students will be constantly improved.
