郑州革命遗址保护利用的现状审视及应对之策
AN EXAMINATION OF THE CURRENT SITUATION AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR THE PROTECTION AND UTILIZATION OF ZHENGZHOU REVOLUTIONARY SITES

摘要
革命年代,郑州儿女为中原大地和中华民族的革命事业作出了巨大牺牲,为我们留下了极其丰富且无比珍贵的红色资源.郑州市革命遗址门类齐全:地域分布上,绝大多数集中在农村地区;形成年代上,超过半数形成于抗战时期;产权归属上,国家所有仅占 1/3 左右;保护级别上,尚未定级的数量接近六成;利用状况上,未定利用级别的数量占比达到 90%.总体上看,郑州革命遗址保护利用工作的高质量发展,受到社会知名度整体不高、文物完好度参差不齐、专业化人才相对缺乏、制度化建设不成体系等因素的制约.新时代郑州革命遗址资政育人功能的高效发挥,亟须从凝聚共识、强化宣传、建强队伍、完善制度等层面下足功夫.
Abstract
In the revolutionary era,the people of Zhengzhou made tremendous sacrifices for the revolutionary cause of the Central Plains and the Chinese nation,leaving us extremely rich and precious red resources.Zhengzhou has a complete range of revolutionary sites,and most of which are concentrated in rural areas in terms of geographical distribution;in terms of formation age,more than half of them were formed during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression;in terms of property ownership,the state only accounts for a-bout 1/3;in terms of protection level,the number of ungraded ones is close to sixty percent;in terms of utili-zation,the number of undetermined utilization level up to 90%.On the whole,the high-quality development of the protection and utilization of revolutionary sites in Zhengzhou is restricted by factors such as low overall so-cial visibility,uneven integrity of cultural relics,relative lack of professional talents,and unsystematic institu-tionalization.In the new era,the efficient play of the function of providing political support and educating people in the Zhengzhou revolutionary site urgently requires efforts from consolidating consensus,strengthe-ning publicity,building a strong team,and improving the system.
