高校劳动教育数字化发展的理论框架、现实困境与优化路径

劳动教育数字化发展是当前劳动教育改革发展的重点和热点,也是未来劳动教育发展的必然趋势.借鉴TOE理论,从技术、组织、环境 3 个层面构建了高校劳动教育数字化发展的理论框架,揭示了当前高校劳动教育数字化发展过程中存在的主要问题,如技术发展水平受限、师生主体关系失衡、数据安全存在隐患等.在教育数字化发展背景下,为推进劳动教育数字化高质量发展,应强化数字赋能,夯实劳动教育数字化基础;提升师生数字素养,培养劳动教育数字化人才;多主体协同治理,构建劳动教育数字化新生态.
The digital development of labor education is the focus and hot issue of current labor education reform and development,and it is also an inevitable trend of the future labor education reform and develop-ment.Based on the TOE theory,a theoretical framework for the digital development of labor education in uni-versities is constructed from three levels:technology,organization and environment,which reveals the main problems existing in the current process of the digital development of labor education in universities,such as the limited level of technological development,imbalanced teacher-student relationship,and hidden dangers of data security.In the context of digital development of education,in order to promote the high-quality devel-opment of labor education digitalization,it is necessary to strengthen digital empowerment and solidify the dig-ital foundation of labor education;enhance the digital literacy of teachers and students to cultivate digital tal-ents in labor education;build a new ecosystem of labor education digitalization through multi-subject collabo-rative governance.
