摘要
语言治理研究紧密契合当前全球治理的变化趋势和国内新时代的发展需求,特别是在国家新发展战略的指导下,语言治理研究的成果在数量上和质量上都有显著提高.基于PRISMA标准指南,从语言政策与规划、网络语言、语言安全、应急语言服务、国家语言能力建设和全球语言治理六个主题,对国内语言治理研究进行系统梳理,具体阐述其内涵、研究成果、研究现状、局限性及启示,并据此提出相应的国家语言治理路径.
Abstract
Language governance research aligns closely with the evolving trends in global governance and the developmental needs of the new era in China.Language governance research has greatly increased in both quantity and quality under the guidance of the nation's new development strategy.This paper,which follows the PRISMA standard process,conducts a systematic review of domestic language governance research in six areas:language policy and planning,online language,language security,emergency language services,na-tional language capacity building,and global language governance.It specifically elaborates on their connota-tions,research findings,current status,limitations and insights,and accordingly proposes corresponding na-tional language governance approaches,which serves as a reference for enhancing national language govern-ance capabilities.
