产业数字化对中国高技术制造业韧性的影响研究

摘要
数字经济背景下,提升高技术制造业韧性是我国推进产业结构转型、实现经济高质量发展的现实需要,也是我国在复杂国际形势下提升全球产业链地位的现实选择.运用我国2008-2022 年省级面板数据,构建双向固定效应模型,从数字经济视角考察产业数字化对高技术制造业韧性的影响及其影响路径.研究表明:产业数字化对高技术制造业韧性具有正向促进作用,主要是通过促进技术创新和增强人力资本积累实现的;同时,产业数字化对东部高技术制造业韧性提升的促进作用明显高于中西部,产业数字化对高技术制造业韧性水平较高的地区具有更大的促进作用.研究结论为提升我国高技术制造业韧性提供了经验证据,对于促进制造业高质量发展具有一定的启示.
Abstract
In the background of digital economy,enhancing the high-tech manufacturing resilience is crucial for China's industrial structural transformation and high-quality economic development,as well as a practical choice for improving its position of the global industrial chain in the complex international situation.Using provincial data in China from 2008 to 2022,this paper constructs a two-way fixed effect model to examine the impact of industrial digitalization on the resilience of high-tech manufacturing industry and its impact path from the digital economy perspective.The results show that industrial digitalization positively boosts high-tech man-ufacturing resilience.Through mechanism analysis,we know that the improvement of high-tech manufacturing industry resilience is mainly achieved by fostering technological innovation and human capital accumulation.Compared to the central and western regions,it is significantly higher to the positive effect of industrial digital-ization on the resilience of high-tech manufacturing industry in the eastern region.Industrial digitalization has a greater positive effect on the regions with higher resilience of high-tech manufacturing industry.We provide empirical evidence for improving the resilience of high-tech manufacturing in China and promoting the high-quality development of manufacturing.
