摘要
新时代的中国日益走近世界舞台的中央,急需大量高素质的国际传播人才.在分析国际传播人才培养现状的基础上,结合新时代国际传播工作的具体特点,指出了"外语+国际传播"创新人才需要具备的四种能力,即对外话语能力、跨文化能力、新媒体能力、可迁移能力,并从课程体系、教学方法、资源建设、评价方式和实践平台五个方面提出了人才培养的具体路径,对新时代国际传播人才队伍建设具有重要意义.
Abstract
China is approaching the center of the world stage in the new era,creating an urgent need for a large number of proficient international communication talents.Based on an analysis of the status quo of the international communication education,and the specific characteristics of the international communication practice in the new era,this paper identifies four essential skills for innovative talents in"foreign language+international communication"program:international discourse ability,intercultural ability,new media abili-ty,and transferable ability.It also proposes specific approaches for talent cultivation from five aspects:curric-ulum system,teaching methods,resource development,evaluation methods,and practice platforms,which are of great significance for the cultivation of international communication talents in the new era.
