基于FTA与BN的民用飞机火灾事故风险分析

统计了近十年飞机火灾事故信息,构建了飞机火灾事故树(FTA)模型,在此基础上构建了民用飞机火灾事故贝叶斯网络(BN)模型,由四位权威专家进行火灾风险因素模糊语言值打分,以左右模糊排序法计算模糊可能值,进而求得贝叶斯网络各节点的先验概率.基于贝叶斯网络模型,开展了民航火灾事故风险分析.结果显示:安检和安全培训对飞机火灾事故发生影响最大,天气影响次之,机械故障影响最小;可燃物的管控是敏感度最大的节点;维修错误→零部件损坏-+失控起火→燃烧发生及灭火器的欠缺或失效→消防失效→火灾扑救不及时→扑救失败是飞机火灾事故的两条关键路径.
This article summarized the information of aircraft fire accidents in the past decade.Then an aircraft fire accident Tree(FTA)model was constructed.Based on the FTA,a bayesian network(BN)model for civil aircraft fire accidents was constructed.Four authoritative experts scored the fuzzy language values of fire risk factors.The left and right fuzzy sorting method was used to calculate the fuzzy possible values.And then the prior probabilities of each node in the BN was obtained.Based on the BN model,a risk analysis of civil aviation fire accidents was conducted.The results show that security checks and safety training have the greatest impact on aircraft fire accidents,followed by air impact,mechanical failures have the least impact,and the control of combustibles is the most sensitive node.Maintenance errors lead to uncontrolled fires,and fire fighting is not timely due to the occurrence of combustion and the lack or failure of fire extinguishers,and the failure to extinguish are the two critical paths of aircraft fire accidents.
