数字水印技术的应用为医疗信息安全在版权保护、身份验证、内容认证和篡改定位与恢复等功能上提供了强有力的支持.为了推动多功能水印技术在医疗信息领域进一步的发展,首先对医疗信息中容易修改的电子病历和医疗影像进行深入分析;针对不同医疗隐私场景中存在的问题,根据数字水印技术的功能特性进行归纳分类;最后,论述不同的水印特性在医疗领域不同应用场景下的表现并进行展望,旨在为数字水印技术在医疗领域更好地应用提供参考.
Abstract
The application of digital watermarking technology provides strong support for medical information security in functions such as copyright protection,identity verification,content authentication,and tamper localization and re-covery.However,the application scenarios of digital watermarking technology in the medical field still faces multifunc-tional challenges.To promote the further development of multifunctional watermarking technology in the medical in-formation field,it is firstly necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of electronic medical records and medical imag-es,which are easily modified in medical information.Based on the issues present in different medical privacy scenari-os,the functional characteristics of digital watermarking technology should be summarized and classified.Finally,the performance and prospects of different watermark characteristics in various application scenarios within the medical field are discussed,aiming to provide a reference for better application of digital watermarking technology in the medi-cal domain.
