摘要

通过水热法在FTO导电基底上制备了钒酸铜薄膜光阳极材料,利用SEM、XRD及XPS等表征手段分析了其微观形貌、晶体结构和物质组成,研究了水热前驱液中铜源与钒源添加量之比对钒酸铜薄膜光阳极光电化学分解水制氢性能的影响.结果表明:铜源与钒源添加量摩尔比为1:1时,水热合成的钒酸铜光阳极表现出最佳的光电化学制氢性能,在1.6 V vs.RHE处光电流密度值为0.45 mA·cm-2,其良好的光电化学制氢性能源于合适的能带结构和微观纳米棒结构促进光生载流子的定向分离和传输.

Abstract

The copper vanadate photoanodes were prepared on FTO conductive substrate via a hydrothermal approach and their microstructure,crystal structure and chemical composition were characterized by scanning electron micro-scope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS),respectively.In addition,the effect of the molar ratio of Cu and V in hydrothermal precursor solution on photoelectrochemical(PEC)water split-ting performance of copper vanadate photoanode was investigated,and the result showed the copper vanadate photo-anode synthesized with a molar ratio of Cu and V of 1∶1 exhibits the best photoelectrochemical performance with pho-tocurrent density of 0.45 mA·cm-2 at 1.6 V vs RHE.The excellent photoelectrochemical performance for the copper vanadate photoanode can be attributed to its suitable band structure and nanorod-like morphology for efficient charge carrier separation and transfer in PEC process.
