At present,digitalization represented by big data,artificial intelligence,5G,cloud services is reshaping the development of modern industries,bringing major opportunities for the dissemination and development of red culture and providing unprecedented impetus.However,There are also risk factors such as data security,platform monopoly,blockchain technology,and ideology in the digital dissemination of the Red Culture.Based on the theory of digital innovation,the digital dissemination of the Red Culture should establish such concepts as people-centered,and aim to broaden the breadth of audiences,and enhance social validity.Countermeasures should be proposed from four aspects:governance system,governance regulation,digital technology and ideology,to further promote the digital and high-quality development of our country's the Red Culture.
