Data security is an important guarantee for the healthy and rapid development of the data economy.This study takes the policy text of the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China as the research object,and uses content analysis method and co-word analysis method to study from the perspectives of policy tools and policy characteristics.From the perspective of policy tools,environmental policy tools account for the largest proportion,followed by supply policy tools,while demand policy tools are relatively lacking.From the perspective of policy characteristics,it has four characteristics:obligation of data protection,standardization of data acquisition,demand for data application,and concretization of data responsibility.
