双循环新发展格局下推进经济高质量发展探讨——基于马克思主义经济学视角

摘要
我国经济发展水平和国际话语权的提高,逆全球化及西方发达国家对我国经济的打压,要求我国经济必须通过开放实现更高质量的发展,构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局.虽然目前我国双循环新发展格局具有诸多优势,但也面临诸如行业产能过剩、生产效率低下和要素流动不够充分等问题.这就要求我们必须结合具体国情,在马克思主义思想指导下,对国内国际双循环进行科学分析和决策,利用好国内国外两个市场,实现我国经济的高质量发展.
Abstract
The improvement of China's economic development level and international discourse power,the anti-globalization and the suppression of China's economy by the western developed countries,require China's economy to achieve a higher quality of development through opening-up,and build a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international cycle as the mutual promotion.Although China's new dual-cycle development pattern has many advantages,it also faces problems such as industrial overcapacity,low production efficiency and insufficient factor flow.This re-quires that we must combine the specific national conditions,under the guidance of Marxism,the domes-tic and international double cycle of scientific analysis and decision-making,making good use of both do-mestic and foreign markets,to achieve the high-quality development of our economy.
