On the Scientificity of the 1954 Constitution:From the Perspective of History of Modern Chinese Thought
The 1954 Constitution has a distinct scientific character.We cannot realize the constitution really with-out studying the social thought from which it was created.The development of Chinese view of scientific af-ter the Opium War can be divided into three phrases:advocating scientific spirit during the New Culture Movement,introduction to Marxism,adapting Marxism to Chinese condition.Observing from this view,we can find that the scientificity of the 1954 Constitution lie in scientific attitude,scientific content and sci-entific tactics.Observing from this view,we can realize its destiny easily.All this can help us promote the construction of China under the rule of law.
