高校清廉文化与"三风"共建探讨——以河南省Z高校为例

摘要
以Z高校推进清廉文化与"三风"共建为例,探讨如何通过教育来减少和消除腐败问题产生的土壤和条件,促进高校的建设和发展.分析了行政人员、教师、学生进行清廉建设和"三风"建设的途径,主张把清廉文化建设融入高校教育教学全过程;提出清廉文化与"三风"共建的保障措施,即强化校党委的领导主体责任,各部门要协调联动,学校管理部门发挥好价值引领作用.
Abstract
This article takes Z University as an example to explore how to reduce and eliminate the soil and condi-tions caused by corruption through university education,promote the construction and development of uni-versities,and improve the quality of talent cultivation by promoting a culture of integrity and the joint con-struction of"three winds"(work style,teaching style and study style).This article analyzes the path of in-tegrity culture and"three winds"construction for administrators,teachers and students.Construction of integrity culture should be integrated into the whole process of college education and teaching.The paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the integrity culture and"three winds"construction,clarify the main responsibilities of the party committee,all departments should coordinate and linkage,and the school management department should play a leading role in value.
