摘要
丁苯胶乳是目前纸张涂布中应用较为广泛的胶粘剂,其引入羧基极性基团的羧基丁苯胶乳由于其优良的性能和经济性,被铜版纸产业大量和广泛采用.该文探讨了在面涂涂料中增加羧基丁苯胶乳用量,对面涂涂料和铜版纸印刷性能的影响.纸张的性能主要从平滑度、光泽度、表面强度和印刷性能等指标进行论述.
Abstract
Styrene-butadiene latex is a widely used adhesive in paper coating at present.Carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex is largely and widely used in the coated paper industry due to its excellent performance and economical efficiency.This paper discusses the effect of increasing the dosage of carboxylated styrene-butadiene latex in the top coating on the printing performance of coated paper.The performance of paper is mainly discussed from the smoothness,gloss,surface strength and printing performance.
