摘要

纸张在后期使用及加工中需要有一定的湿抗张强度,常用的湿强剂有聚酰胺聚胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)树脂,薄页纸自身干抗张强度低,需加入大量PAE来满足后期纸张的使用要求,因PAE用量的变化使纸张的熟化过程更长,纸张的湿抗张强度滞后性更严重.该文通过实验验证了熟化时间和熟化温度对纸张湿抗张强度的影响.

Abstract

The paper needs to have certain wet tensile strength in the later use and processing,and the commonly used wet strength agent is polyamide polyamine epiclorohydrin(PAE)resin.The dry tensile strength of thin sheet paper itself is low,so a large amount of PAE needs to be added to meet the use requirements of paper in the later period.The change of PAE dosage makes the curing process of paper longer,and the hysteresis of wet tensile strength of paper is more serious.The effects of curing time and curing temperature on the wet tensile strength of paper were verified by experiments.
