Application of Oil-proof Starch in Oil-proof Paper
With the deepening of the country's efforts to further strengthen plastic pollution control,the development of environmentally friendly food grade paper that can replace plastic has become increasingly important.Oil proof paper is mainly used in the field of external packaging such as food,medicine,and equipment.Henan Jianghe Paper Co.,Ltd.attaches great importance to the development of food paper.Food grade oil proof paper is a type of food packaging paper developed during this period.This article introduces the selection of oil resistant starch for food packaging paper in small and medium scale experiments.The results show that the oil resistant starch JT-3260 has significantly higher oil resistant performance in the impregnation sizing process than the previously used oil resistant starch,and can improve the strength,smoothness,and breathability of the paper.It can meet the requirements of food packaging paper with an oil resistant grade of 5 or below.
