Orthogonal Experiment on the Optimal Fiber Ratio of Different External Fibers in Reconstituted Tobacco
The use of different external fibers has a significant impact on the physical properties of paper-making reconstituted tobacco paper base.In this experiment, wood pulp fiber, linen pulp fiber and hemp pulp fiber were used as the main factors to design an orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels to study the effects of different fiber amounts on the tensile strength, burst resistance, bulk and air permeability physical properties of paper-making reconstituted tobacco paper base.To determine the main factors and optimal dosage that affect the tensile strength, burst resistance, breathability and bulk thickness physical properties of paper-making reconstituted tobacco paper base with different fiber dosage. The results showed that when the dosage of wood pulp fiber was 6%,linen pulp fiber was 4%,and hemp pulp fiber was 1%,the regenerated tobacco leaf substrate obtained had higher tensile strength and burst resistance; When the amount of wood pulp fiber is 4%,the amount of linen pulp fiber is 3%,and the amount of hemp pulp fiber is 1.5%,the regenerated tobacco paper base obtained has good bulk and air permeability.
